Why I became a Governor	To support the work that Miss Lewis and the staff at Endon Hall do. To continue to move our school forward so that every child meets their full potential.
The day job!	I am currently Assistant Headteacher, class teacher, and have additional responsibilities for English and Safeguarding.
What do I contribute?	I have been a teacher at Endon Hall for the last 10 years. Therefore, I have an overview of the history of the school and also have a very good understanding of how the school is run currently and what the school’s vision, ethos and school development priorities are. As a class teacher and in my role as English lead I am able to talk knowledgably about the day to day aspects of teaching and learning within Endon Hall.
