Why I became a Governor	Once my daughter started at Endon Hall, I realised how important it was to me to be involved in my children’s education. When the governor vacancy arose it seemed the perfect opportunity to be involved and to give something back to the school.
The day job!	I am a dental therapist/hygienist working in the community dental service. My specialism is working with children and adults with special needs and dental anxiety.
What do I contribute?	I have lots of experience working within the NHS and have Level 3 child and adult safeguarding training. I also have Prevent training. I am hoping that I will be able to bring these skills to the governing board.
