Why I became a Governor	Both of my children attend Endon Hall Primary & Nursery School and over the last couple of years I have become more and more interested in doing more to contribute if I could. When the vacancy for a Governor arose it seemed the right time to get involved.
The day job!	I am the Production Director of a local Engineering Company where I have worked for over 20 years.
What do I contribute?	My job involves a range of strategic and leadership duties; I am heavily involved in all aspects of overall company budgeting, recruitment, production and performance monitoring. Hopefully the skills and experience I have will be of use to the school.
