Ofsted
Endon Hall Primary & Nursery School was inspected on 16th & 17th November 2021. It is a strongly ‘Good’ school, a “warm and welcoming place” where “pupils are happy and feel safe” and in which “adults put pupils’ well-being at the heart of everything they do”. Ofsted found that “the school is a place where pupils cooperate and value each other, and respect each other’s differences”.
During the visit, one child said, “Teachers understand us and personalise the learning”.
Ofsted found that children “are eager to learn new things” and that “they listen with interest during lessons, and support each other well in their learning”.
They also noted that “leaders prioritise pupils’ personal development” and considered this to be “a strength of the school”. They noted that “leaders have a clear vision for the school. They know the school well and have developed a curriculum which is broad and ambitious. Leaders have high aspirations for all staff and pupils”.
